My son and I had a great experience at this dealership. Besides that the dealership is very nice and modern, I loved that their sales team was very polite and helpful. Even tho their job is to get the sale, they were not harassing us. Nick G. listened and understood what we were looking for; besides, he answered all questions and concerns we had about KIA and the car that my son wanted. In addition , Carlos S. in the finance department, explained all process about payments and the best part was that he did his best to get him a good APR, and that, is something that I value a lot. I had a very good experience with International Kia of Orland. From the beginning on the internet experience with Emmalee. She kept Mr informed of my desired vehicle. Then when dealing with my salesman Christian he was the best. Took his time to fully explained everything about the operations of our vehicle. Totally professional. Then finally Pear in the finance office made us feel like family. Very happy with the whole buying experience.

Purchased my first ever car from here recently after searching around at multiple dealerships. This dealership provided by far the best service of any of the ones I visited. Other dealers tried to scalp us on prices or would cancel appointments without telling us. Here, the salespeople I worked with, Pearl and Larry, were very friendly and understanding. We got a used car for a great price and they're still following up with emails asking if any issues have arisen or if we need help with anything. They did a great job detailing the car before it was sold to us as well as it was extremely clean, outside, inside, and even under the hood.
Absolutely amazing dealership. Karlos was our salesman and he was fantastic, absolutely no pressure and got us exactly what we wanted. The manager Jay was absolutely amazing as well and got us taken care of.
